Water Resistant Greases

Lubricate And Preserve Rubber Parts With Silicone Grease

When it comes to preserving and lubricating within industrial applications, nothing gets the job done quite like silicone grease. Silicone lubricant is created by adding a lithium soap thickener to a base and is often known as dielectric grease. This water-resistant grease is designed for general purpose use and offers high-performance sealing and protecting properties against moisture.

Completely non-corrosive, this complex thickened grease can be used in a wide range of sectors. A versatile industrial grease, silicone lubricant is usually used for rubber components such as "O" rings. However, this industrial lubricant can also be used for applications that require high-temperature grease.

Silicone grease lubricant can be used in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 200°C and offers excellent mechanical stability. Here at TYGRIS, we offer a wide selection of industrial solutions, including food grade greases. Our PROTEAN Silicone Paste is ideal for the lubrication and assembly of taps, valves and more.

TYGRIS Silixis+ is a non-toxic complex grease and is formulated to extend bearing life as well as lubrication intervals. This grease can be used not just for rubber parts, but to lubricate ball bearings in electric motors, fans, dryers and conveyor systems. While appropriate for high temp applications, it leaves fewer carbon deposits than other options.

TYGRIS Silicone Valve Seal is a high-performance silicone compound, developed for the lubrication of valves and stopcocks in water and gas systems. It can also be used over a wide range of temperatures and is resistant to many chemicals.
