Terms and Conditions of Sale:

All goods supplied by Tygris Ltd (The Company) are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance and Price Variations
Prices quoted are subject to increase without notice to meet increases beyond the control of The Company.

Orders for stock items before 3pm will normally be delivered next day; however, The Company shall not be liable for any delays caused by reasons beyond its control.

Loss or Damage
Any short delivery or damages must be notified to The Company in writing within 3 days of delivery. Non delivery must be notified within 7 days of receipt of delivery advice.

Risk in the goods passes to The Buyer on delivery and The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage or physical injury consequent upon their use, as we are unable to control the use, misuse or misapplication of the products.

Title to Goods
Title to all goods supplied remains vested in The Company so long as any sum due to The Company on whatever account remains unpaid. The Buyer agrees that The Company in exercising its rights under this Clause may, at any reasonable time, enter The Buyers premises and remove The Company's goods.

Payments Terms
1) Payment is strictly Nett and is due by the 25th of the month following the date of the invoice.
2) The Company reserves the right to charge interest on any overdue accounts.

The Company shall be entitled to suspend or cancel deliveries if any payment due from The Buyer is not made by the due date.
The Company may suspend or close an account after a period of inactivity of twelve months.

Business Hours
Normal hours of business are 7am to 4.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday - Wednesday 7am to 4:15pm
