TYGRIS Bright Zinc Galv Spray - R224

TYGRIS R224 is a premium bright zinc and aluminium aerosol formulated to restore and protect metal surfaces after cutting or welding. With a high-purity zinc filler (>60% in the dried film), R224 offers sacrificial corrosion protection and delivers a finish that blends seamlessly with existing galvanised surfaces bringing durability and shine back to life.

Application & Usage

1. Clean and dry the surface.

2. Shake can for 60+ seconds after agitator ball rattling.

3. Spray 25–30 cm away, applying thin layers.

4. Allow ~10 minutes drying between coats.

5. For welds: spray–dry–weld–reapply to ensure protection.

6. After use, invert can and spray to clear the nozzle.

7. Always use in well-ventilated areas, wear PPE, and dispose of aerosols per local regulations.
